then, what's the difference with buying IPO stocks then? IPO stocks can earn you at least 10% for the first hour and liquid whereas you need to spend more time if you flip properties to lawyer, banker, etc.

actually there are others IPO as well that can profit well, within the same day lah...so it's not just Astro. Im not sure about the profit within the first few hours.

Those who know how IPO is priced won't touch it, likewise for newly launch condo/soho, etc.
