As we confirmed previously, the 1.03 update seeks to reduce certain load times in addition to performance optimizations. The patch also resolves an issue that resulted in abnormal game behavior after many continuous hours of play. Additional fixes will be included as well.
Thanks, twin shard stone only allowed weapon upgrade to +6 Max.
Blood Chunks are available in quite a significant quantity in Lecture building, Nightmare of Mensis + Frontier and Yahargul. You'll get enough to +9 at least 2 or 3 weapons. Chalice Dungeons only give you Blood Chunks on those that has depth 5, once you reach depth 3 at least on them.
i saw 1 video more gay. Use Bone Marrow Ash on Cannon then use Reiterpallasch gun mode to stun opponent. Reiterpallasch gun mode dont consume BMA so when stunned, you UNLEASH the CANNON!. Nobody will survive the BMA Cannon when stunned.
^This.
I've tried it with such a low Bloodtinge stat and yet it deals massive amount of damage! Those with pure Bloodtinge build can actually 1-shot kill many of the bosses in the game.
Finally beat the witches... Second witch almost escape when her HP like 1. Lucky detect her fast.
I beat the witch the first time all thanks to good audio cues in this game. Really, I was using my speakers to hear where she would spawn next (she always has a mist first before appearing, the mist is the cue!) and always got to her before she escapes.

never thought peeble is useful against the putu mayam queen. I got so angry when she started spraying her period blood at me then I throw some and she was just like standing there for a sec
She must not have had her period for a veeeeryyyyy long time, you know...
I was just wondering if there is specific farming place before Rom. I fought the spider twice already both also hit him till the bar at his name and it suddenly 1 hit me.
So thinking to farm for abit before progressing.
Forbidden forest right up to Byrgenwerth. Each run should net you about 60k-70k souls (with no +exp runes and depending whether you visceral to kill enemies or not), it's also easy and takes about 15 minutes.
They are on top of some corpses with loot ! Haha that's y I want to kill them...they hit me once almost half of my hp gone... I cut them until finish endurance also only abit eat their hp slightly more than half...what r they weak against ?
Fire.
Don't bother with the items, they're garbage. But honestly speaking, if you're having trouble with the bloodsucking spiders, then I don't see how you'd have much of a chance against Martyr Logarious.
Taking my time to plat the game. Going through the dungeons isn't really that difficult, honestly I found NG+ Yahargul to be about equal to Depth 5 dungeons. But what I find tedious is to farm some of the ritual items... ugh.
I remember a bug with Logarious that pissed me off so much that I nearly tossed the controller.
His phase 2 where he thrust his sword into the ground. There was once during my fight with him that he somehow thrusted it at one of the beams on the roof, ended up the sword got stuck there and I CANNOT attack the sword because it was under the beam! So he has infinite flying swords + gay arcane dmg + that stupid smirk from his attacks! Bloody hell.
Yeah, I think the best boss fights in the game were Father Gascoigne, Cleric Beast and Djura. They're not the toughest bosses, but there was a sense of intensity when fighting them, something which the other bosses didn't quite achieve.

I'm actually dissapointed with Gerhman, his phase 2 actually isn't really that different from phase 1. I really thought he'd be that full-fledged werewolf that would be much stronger than Gascoigne, too bad he is just... an old hunter.

died 4-5 times then i decided to sleep....i barely scratched him !!! and all his hits land heavy damages.....
In his first phase, he can be countered and you can use visceral attacks on him. This is why I said to keep within his melee range so that you can start a loop to counter-visceral him until he hits 40% or so HP. After that, due to the random nature of his AI, he can either fly across the area and start his phase 2 power up or continue to be stuck in the counter-visceral loop.
One other thing, if he starts his phase 2 power up, you can backstabbing him (provided you are quick enough) and visceral him. This will stop his immunity to counters and blood attacks, even though he will have his new moves. But at least you can counter him.
He's actually one of the easiest boss to counter too, just look for his attack motion where his scythe reach the tip of his swing. Once you do it a few times, you'll get the hang of it.

Alright, next they need to improve on the framepacing. The game needs to be a solid 30fps, no stuttering, no skipped frames. Not hard to do as there are only a few areas in the game that suffers from erratic framepacing issues.
guys, i was going to end the game but didn't plan to go for NG+, i plan to start a new character with arcane build, how can i collect those useful drop from bosses as they no longer there?
Starting a new character will basically just reset the game from 0 for your new character. All the bosses will drop their initial loot from NG.
If you go into NG+, then that's a different story.
hmmm.. i have started a new char for testing... but all the bosses seems no longer there... the door is open and no boss around. if the storage and shared between char then it would be good, but it's not
Wait what?
I have a second character and all the bosses are there, from Cleric Beast being the first down all the way to Mergo's Wet Nurse. What door are you talking about is open? There are plenty of doors in the game.
Oh wow, looks like they nerf'd the cannon. It requires 12 QS now instead of 10. So you pretty much only have ONE shot during boss fights unless you sacrifice health for extra QS or equip the formless oedon rune.
Dang.

This mini-tourney shows how it easy it is to defeat some of the toughest NPC hunters in the game -
Note: The Gascoigne trick where he gets stuck in the stairs don't work anymore as the new patch has made him actually away from the stairs and come after you.
Guys, i read around about Chalice Dungeons. And I tried doing Pthumeru, I finished it but I don't quite understand how it really works. Can anybody explain it?
Uhm... not sure what's there to explain? Beat a chalice dungeon, get the next chalice from the last boss in the previous dungeon, farm the materials for the new chalice, open up the new dungeon, rinse and repeat.
They're basically just dungeons to get better loot. While there are some very discrete lore in them, they actually don't mean much.
