Hi!
Just thought this would be helpful to all K618i users. I got the phone since Feb this year. Everything is nice and fine until one day the calls don't get registered in the call list anymore. Sent it back due to software problem. 3 months later same problem occured. What I did to solve the problem this time is just do a master reset and it's normal again. Anyone faced this problem before? I hope it's not my hardware problem but if it is someone better tell me so that I can send it back for warranty. And also hope that it won't happen again cos resetting the phone and setting back all my configs is a pain in the @ss. Other than that, the phone is great. Which firmware version do you use now? I used SEUS to update and it says it's the latest. Mine's CXC1250575 R1JG001 070214. BTW, when I flash the firmware, at the SEUS window it always detected as W810i after phone detection. Do you get the same thing? This post has been edited by kshereen: Jul 12 2007, 04:46 PM |

Go for K750. The price almost the same but the function better then K618i especially in camera. If you're more to 3G then take this.

There are no more sms limit for newer SE phones.I had gone through almost half of the thread, but just cant find the answer. Thanks. The limit will be the size of your available phone memory. QUOTE(soitsuagain @ Jul 29 2007, 10:11 AM) There are no more sms limit for newer SE phones. wrong... limit for this K618i will be 1000 sms. you'll get a warning when you reach 95% of the max. However, there's a hack to allow "unlimited" sms storing in SE phones. however, imagine the pain in finding one sms in a thousand.....The limit will be the size of your available phone memory. |
