not many competition for PR in this area as mostly are landed... future launches will be from SD's North and South Brooke which are located inside Glades..so im sure it will be much expansive than PR thus making PR much more worthy of an investment if you are looking for a high rise condo in this area...plus the walking distance to the LRT station is a big bonus..

Got the last unit avail. But the problem is i just found out the rubbish area is right beside the unit. I have never stayed in a condo before so not sure if thats a bad thing. Smell etc.

wch block did u buy? I really thought PR has been sold 100% long time ago. Anyway, congrats! not sure about the rubbish area but usually it is in specific room with closed doors so as long as the tenants throw properly in the rubbish bins and the cleaners clean it daily then you will not have any issue.

Progress billing was issued last month for completion of structural framework.

Which tower & floor are you referring?. Tower A is now working on the rooftop ready, whereas Tower B should be couple of floors until it reaches the peak

this development is progressing at warp speed...the contractor must want to impress SD so much and get to the next project.

Wow. this development is 4 years right? Its only half way.. may be able to VP in 1 year

super fast...I think the main contractor must have something to prove to SD ...hehe sure can kawtim next job from SD!
