I was at the Sales Office on Saturday afternoon.
Soft launch is on 10th Oct.

Saw the plans and everything.
For the garden units, I don't like the one with the garden in front because after ur garden, it is a walkway for your neighbors. Basically, ppl can walk in front of your hse and look in to the living room.
No privacy but this is just me.

I prefer the one with side garden. The build up 1160sqf excluding the side garden.
However, I was told the garden u cannot plant anything. They just lay some plastic grass on it. doh.gif doh.gif
Price is close to 700k.
And don't be fool by the view of a lake next to block C.
I drove to the site and the lake is more like a Indah Water STP..... I think. Can't confirm.
This in on the low rise.

On the high rise, all are 850sqf and 950sqf.
Pretty standard stuff. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Overall, there are 3 blocks, low rise is L shape and high rise is I shape, all 3 blocks arrange in a triangle form.
Don't quite like it as the SA cannot tell me what they are going to put in the center.

Not buying this project as I don't like it's design and concept.
The side garden i think it's not garden but a flat RC slab.
U can't plant anything bcos there is no soil.

Please take not of your asset, they might have your keys to repairs and they would take some stuffs out from your unit. Bangladesh staffs were under instructions by the local malay supervisor.
