u need to mention here oso what type/model u use for ur test

means that i need to check my oil level upon 6k mileage

Cheapo paper from China
Just drop the oil to the filter and compare it with the chart.

If got dust / rust it will appear at center of test paper, and it will grow dark.
If oil still OK then the colour should be ok and the smell / thinness also can monitoring those this way.

When 1K, Pennzoil and Shell colour same. When 3K Shell start to grow dark. When 6K, Shell darkness and smelly, Pennzoil same as 3K Shell. When 10K, Shell give a look need to change and Pennzoil still as 3K, no so smelly.

China seller said he already replace one for you and ask me to sell it and return the money to him but the courier company said they need to took back the things and refund me extra courier fee.

i'm going to guess slight difference since both different company and they would like to add their own selection/additives.
(i'm guessing mainly on friction modifier and/or detergent)

base stock (GTL aka gas to liquid, using natural gases) and most basic additive components (like VI improvers, acid neutralizers etc) should be similar if not exactly the same considering the collaboration.
