QUOTE(flex3x @ Jun 12 2014, 06:37 PM)
Disc brakes usually include a part called a wear indicator. A wear indicator is a small piece of metal attached to the brake pad that contacts the brake rotor when the pad material has been worn down to a certain level. When the wear indicator grinds against the rotor, it makes a squealing noise as you apply the brakes. This noise is a signal which tells you it's time to have your brakes examined. smile.gif
*
Thanks bro, when I brake hard, there is a squealing noise rclxub.gif

My car's battery was totally flat just now without any symptoms. The original battery from Proton seems can only last me about 15 months.

Manage to replace the battery from a spare parts shop nearby. Will the engine timing, tuning or any setting reset or need to reconfigure? Just found out my reserve camera not working  sad.gif . Anything else that i can check else have to send back to Proton SC.

PS: K3 mapping will reset or run or not after changed battery? just to confirm again although i heard the mapping should proved and wont reset if u changed battery.  biggrin.gif
*
Reverse camera is third party one, so will lost the setting.
Your map was save in rom, will no reset one tongue.gif

But since i not driving so much, maybe after finish my 3rd service would be like around 2nd year jor geh, let's see how la, could imagine those service after finish the free labour and a bit major one should be blardy expensive jor, that is why car manufacturer is giving warranty so that they can earn a lot from doing service.
*
Find a nice one which allow you to bring your parts will no cost you a bomb smile.gif
You must services at least 6 month or 10K km (first come first serve) in order to keep your warranty valid hmm.gif

Cannot find this part number from Akebono website.  They listed ACT866 for Lancer.  The picture from Akebono website looks a bit different compared to our stock pad.  Our stock pad is double slotted while ACT866 is single slotted.

Don't know ACT866 will fit or not but should be fit...
