Main reason I'm interested in buying Lot 15 to stay is really cause I can walk to LRT, 700 meter is half of what I'm currently walking to the LRT, currently renting in Taman Mayang.

Why Lot 15?
There are other choices that are also within walking distance to the LRT.

700mtr is still a blardi long walk to subang jaya LRT but i guess for you its only 50% effort. Walking also good as daily exercise. I just dun find its comfortable with sweaty office wears.

congrat for owning your own property. there is always the difficult 1st step.

actually it is only 500 meter but it is odd that someone buys a property just for short LRT walk distance... let alone considering a premium level (premium priced) property for LRT purposes.

Im confused. Which one is this lot15? I parked at Subang Parade to ride lrt. Behind Subang Parade got fence already with LOT15 ads and that notice for construction. Beside mesiniaga also say lot15 confused.gif So where is this exactly? And reading through the thread. Is this originally the suave?

yes the suave. if you take LRT you wont missed it. they already hoarded up the place and land clearing either done or doing foundation now.

BRE kor has been kind to stay LOT15 is next to Mesiniaga. Am the nasty one, I will just refer to NEXT to the big TNB SUBSTATION.

and this LOT15 definitely NOT WALKABLE to LRT station, in my book, unless you want to smell like bangla upon entering train (sorry for my racist remarks).

If its really beside the mesiniaga then its too bad. Then what is the one behind subang parade? I saw the MPSJ notice 1 2 blocks with 300+ units with free car park?

behind subang parade means same row with Subang Saujana condo by lion group?

the whole 1km stretch of land from Subang Saujana to the end meeting mesin niaga is supposed to be SJCC.

interesting on what you have noticed. didn't know any new launch there except lot15.

I think, for people that is used to walking to train station will not have any complain on that. Its not that far tho. Before this walked from chulan to MRT bukit bintang daily for months. No complaints hahahaha. Anyway, that road behind it is not busy. Just the down side for this project for me is the TNB

It's walkable la, if you are say college kid with time to spare. But, can you imagine anyone who is willing to pay that psf or rent at that rate and still willing to walk that distance to LRT / KTM?

Target market like dunno who.

Here just now i took some photos. So what exactly is this plot of land for? Written there 2 buah menara soho 13 tingkat. Or is this notice for lot15 beside mesiniaga?

if soho, this is definitely part of SJCC jor.

for the longish SJCC development, there will be offices mall and soho only.

that's why sime said lot15 will be the last residential highrise there.

earlier I recalled reading there will be two residential highrise. one being lot 15 and another one will be somewhere in SJCC, but I think they changed their plans jor...
