hi there , any sifu can list out for me mon to friday workout program ? i resting on sat and sunday..
example
monday : chest tuesday : back wednesday : shoulder thursday : leg friday : triceps and biceps
or 1 day can do mix chest + back or any two type workout a day .... i have no idea..
thanks for the advice .....

what is your lift, how long had u trained, what is your goal there are many factors to determine what routine ull be doing since you are still asking a very basic question, i would ASSUME you are beginner. ditch this 5 day split and go search Stonglift, ICF 5X5 or Starting strength
between, wrong section...
