hi there , any sifu can list out for me mon to friday workout program ? i resting on sat and sunday..
example
monday : chest
tuesday : back
wednesday : shoulder
thursday : leg
friday : triceps and biceps
or 1 day can do mix chest + back or any two type workout a day .... i have no idea..
