what is your lift, how long had u trained, what is your goal
there are many factors to determine what routine ull be doing
since you are still asking a very basic question, i would ASSUME you are beginner. ditch this 5 day split and go search Stonglift, ICF 5X5 or Starting strength
between, wrong section...
