its an assignment where we re-design the new logo for the national zoo, making it an international logo. Im thinking of getting a more suitable fonts for it. Any suggestions? Is there anything else to improve?

edit: yeah, ignore my nick inside And i took some resource in DA, just rearranged it.

hem...looks good.

but sometimes look likes butterfly farm logo. butterfly graphic too outstanding from others characters. better if you put an animal like 'orang utan' as the main subject.

if according to what johnjenin said, I think is because of the butterfly is too shine...

IMHO,
- shrink the flutterby, put some elephant or orang utan up
- change the font

everything else looks really good to me, especially the colour, great.

Put the butterfly "behind" and make animals more obvious.

Yea, I feel the same too. The area around the butterflies and squares, you need to adjust alil colors. That's all. And uhmm, overally, it's a professional and nice logo. good job, keep up =) wish you luck in designing a 10/10 rating logo.

I dislike the whole logo but I like the text. It has a Discovery Channel feel to it.

Nice logo, dont change the font it fit nicely. It just that your watermark kinda distrupt the b/g colour for logo icon.
U got to agree with them, its looks like "Butterfly park". IMHO why not reduce the butterfly abit and put it on logo edge. Dont make it too standout.

etsuko: i like the fonts too. I dont know about the rational though, the aim is to make a new updated version of the national park logo. It needs a fresher look. Yet suitable for an international logo. The colors, red, blue and yellow is the color of the malaysian flag. That's it. I just hope the logo will be presentable... =/
