QUOTE(vl319 @ May 29 2015, 11:32 PM) Really ar? I am planning to subscribe the 10mbps package by next month. I know the linksys router is buggy. But dont know the wifi speed is capped? Then what are the other compatible router can be used with Time? Any router that supports PPPOE will work. Depending on how much you are willing to spend on the router.

i guess i am not alone... several users here are also complaining that of late the downloads are pretty slow. am running on time capsule as a router no issues since i had it until lately i would say close to a month now. before can always max my connection either hoster/newsgroup/torrent. no sure is time starting to do traffic shaping. however for me day time i can achieve full speed. evening - speed test morning - speed test This post has been edited by mintgadget: Jun 13 2015, 06:51 AM

QUOTE(kmrdeva @ Jun 17 2015, 08:25 AM) Thanks for the call, @yeapch. Things back to normal speeds this morning for me, 49 down 48 up. Hmm, probably network congestion last nite. Will monitor. you are in the same boat as me every night for the past 3 weeks slow down. After 12am back to normal. Every time I call customer service asked for same crap ping 8.8.8.8 connect direct modem.. fed up... hoping the problem go away by itself but i believe that is wishful thinking. even my neighbour is complaining too.. i also recommend him to port to time from unifi... how la so embarrassing... been on time past 3 years no issues only lately

this is so frustrating. every night download speed drops from 5.5mbps to 2mbs or less. its it 50M for day time only ? ever since they introduce the discount packages their network speed at night is hopeless

QUOTE(jjj2 @ Oct 1 2015, 10:59 AM) Hi Bro, We need the followings : 1) Speedtest of your current TIME connection to local servers. 2) TraceRoute to your Downloading Server (using both Connections). Please send to me now, as this is the moment you are having the problems. Thanks. TimeMaxis

why are we end users who are paying for their service "troubleshooting" for them? we are paying premium and yet have to perform mundane tasks which takes a lot of time for testing. shouldn't they rectify the problem or is this a ploy to confuse users.

Really pity both active agents here. Trying their best but no success coz it's really time's end. So many people cannot have same issues. It is ok for awhile then problem again. Very intermittent and it is very irritating. But we just telan only what else can you do besides terminating.

QUOTE(jjj2 @ Oct 27 2015, 10:15 PM) Hi Bro, Your turn... there are many isolated cases that require us to perform several tests before we could pinpoint the actual cause. There are times that mayb caused by TIME's side, there are also many times caused by other issues. Please kindly provide your latest results after your test results posted on 1 Oct. 1) Speed Test to Local servers 2) Speed Test to International Servers 3) Ping Plotter test to your International servers. If you have previously made any report, please provide us your Report/Case ID to further follow up. Thanks. http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4780920654 - local server http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/4780929425 - us server http://imgur.com/pJSCEOj - ping plotter to uploading.com (premium account getting about 200k or so with 10 threads now)

QUOTE(calvin08 @ Nov 5 2015, 09:07 PM) I'm getting turtle speed like 15kb/s trying to download at night. Anyone could help? Feel like a broken record... Every night same.... Turtle Internet Midnight Everyday (TIME) .... LOL Really frustrating... every night same result... call CS always same respond this test that test. So many people cannot be having router problem la... direct connection speed test. The solution for me is ridiculous but works... don't download at night and so you won't be disappointed.

Got a new router (Synology RT1900ac) which i believe is a pretty decent router. And again I do not believe is the router replacing my time capsule. My 5Ghz wifi on this AC router - http://imgur.com/Y8Snf5J Let see how it fairs tonight...

After reading some of the users comments and even my network segment has changed to 61.x.x.x, I must say the connectivity is much better however there is still routing issues hence sites like uploading.com is still pretty bad at night. At least there is some improvement but not getting ahead of myself, let's see how it goes.
To be honest after changing my router I don't see any difference despite supposedly being a better one.

QUOTE(jjj2 @ Nov 11 2015, 10:53 AM) Hi Bro, Sorry to ask may I ask you provide both of your Routings (with previous IP and the current IP) ? Thanks. I mean no disrespect but I am honestly getting tired of providing test results. I have noticed every person you asked for this granted I do understand this is SOP, however I am sure TIME must HAVE ENOUGH DATA collection by now. I would like to post this question to the people here, after you have sent this "results" any STABLE improvement or it just forgotten. This has happened to me countless times which is very frustrating. I am sure quite a fair bit of users here have had TIME since early days and are very comfortable till lately perhaps early this year (for me) when the network started showing signs of deteriorating slowly. I apologize for my ranting but this is going on too long.
