Btw guys, just a precaution from me, you might not want to put your complete IP address where almost everyone can see. I still believe no one here got malicious intent, but just to be on the safe side, blur out your complete IP address.
QUOTE(Braxton @ Oct 19 2015, 10:27 PM) Just like the other user said, a slight deviation should be alright. I'm on the 100 Mbps subscription, most of the time only got 90+ on speedtest (when not over 100GB of use). |

QUOTE(jjj2 @ Oct 20 2015, 03:37 PM) Ya agree Bro... Yeah. That still doesn't justify what I said a couple of days ago tho. See below. Sometimes some areas we test no matter how also can't reach 80Mbs...yours not bad .. Some areas, we managed to shoot up to 10x.xMbps Usually direct connection to ONU will give faster and more consistent speed. Thanks. QUOTE(vankodoq @ Oct 18 2015, 04:38 PM) -edited- Anyway, I've somehow gone over my quota so I'm throttled down already. So I can't give any relevant tests now. I'm actually hoping that TIME could give some extra quota as a compensation for the ridiculously bad download rate for almost a month. As a good will. But hey, I guess TIME's not different than any other company then. As much as I appreciate it, there is still much room of improvement though. Based on my 100Mbps Fibre plan, my connection should have 9-10 MBps download rate. I'd have no complaints if I'm experiencing 5-6 MBps, but 1-4 MBps with average < 2 MBps still isn't actually what I pay for. Hopefully, improvement will come soon. |

After a month of waiting, hoping that TIME can actually rectify the problem, I came back from business trip just to be disappointed. Haha. My actual download speed still struggles to even make it to 400 kBps. An improvement, yes. But still far below what I'm currently paying for, which is the 100 Mbps Fibre package.
The customer service email (dated October 6) also said that TIME will update the status as soon as possible. Seems like TIME and I have a very different definition of "soon". This post has been edited by vankodoq: Nov 7 2015, 05:06 PM |

QUOTE(mintgadget @ Nov 11 2015, 11:33 AM) I mean no disrespect but I am honestly getting tired of providing test results. I have noticed every person you asked for this granted I do understand this is SOP, however I am sure TIME must HAVE ENOUGH DATA collection by now. I would like to post this question to the people here, after you have sent this "results" any STABLE improvement or it just forgotten. This has happened to me countless times which is very frustrating. I am sure quite a fair bit of users here have had TIME since early days and are very comfortable till lately perhaps early this year (for me) when the network started showing signs of deteriorating slowly. I apologize for my ranting but this is going on too long. Truth. |

I'm just gonna be straightforward here. Is there any plan from TIME to compensate customers with download rates that is nowhere near what we paid for?

QUOTE(pingses @ Nov 12 2015, 09:02 PM) As Yeap01 said overseas traffic no guarantee as TIME relied on vendor. Can't TIME ask them to compensate? My connection is whenever I'm awake at home, which is ridiculous. Does this answer your question. I noticed weekdays the download speed is not that good after 12pm. |

QUOTE(jjj2 @ Nov 13 2015, 12:51 AM) Hi Bro, I'm up to this. My complaint reference number is 450273. Latest email from the customer service was about a month ago. No updates since then. -edited out- Again, what do you guys think if we put up a Complain File for those who are facing the problems to fill in the complain case ID & description of problems ? Rather have the complaints cases scattered. We gather all the cases so that during the meetings, we could table this out. Thanks. |

Hi again guys, just want to chip in. These days my 100 Mbps Fibre package is running normally. Thanks for the handling JJ and Yeap. Hopefully the download rate issue won't happen again.
In addition, just in cases, can any of you (JJ or Yeap) tell me if TIME's 100 Mbps Fibre package is readily available in Soho Suites (KLCC area)? Thanks. |

QUOTE(drolore @ Dec 15 2015, 06:17 PM) Hello, Might be too late to chip in, but they do. Haha. I'm subscribing to their 100Mbps Fibre (with 100GB quota). The thing is most of the time, I'm working and using my office internet. So some of the time, I don't go over the quota. Does time enforce the 100GB limit on the 100Mbps accounts? I will be moving to a condominium in KLCC called Avare and I am not sure if I will be going for 50Mbps or 100Mbps. Any recommendations? Mostly it would be to stream netflix and amazon video + accessing my plex server remotely so upload speed is also important. Thanks, |

For those who are using the 20Mbps package, how much is the average download rate?

QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Jan 30 2016, 12:33 PM) Nice. That'll be enough for everyday's use, I guess. I'm asking this because I'm planning to switch package if it's possible. I'm currently in the 100Mbps package with 100GB quota. And though the quota seems big, it's not if I'm downloading HD Korean variety shows all the time and downloading games from Steam (which nowadays got 30-40GB installation files). Is it actually possible to switch package like this? |

Well, err, this will be the second time I ask this, just in case things have been updated. Is there any known plan for TIME Fibre to expand to Soho Suites in KLCC?
