Your case is fall under indoor relocation

1. You need to get a form under "Application for Service Modification" form From Time Customer Service. (Kindly PM us your email address if you need the form)

2. Fill in the the related requests under "Indoor reallocation" with your current account detail , request to transfer to new address and forward the request to customerservice@time.com.my

3. Time Customer service personnel will process your request and inform you the relocation appointment within one month.

4. On the appointment date ,the installer will help you to transfer your hardware equipment from the old premises to the new premises and activate the line after relocation.

5. There is a fee of RM 80 will be charged in your next bill after the indoor relocation work done.

1. The boost is applied for Unlimited packages for 8mbps ,15mbps and 30 Mbps plan, 30 Hours allowance are given to Monthly quota up to 50mbps. The user have access to boost in specified hours on www.selfcare.time.net.my under pre assigned username and password

2. Easy switch from Unifi to Time , there is no standard installation fee incurred.(on 2 years contract)

3. yes if u switch from unifi to Time ,there is a rebate of RM 500 on the current Time Internet Charges

4. Yes . At the Moment , Time Fibre Home Broadband only ready service is Certain High Rise Building only, not for landed property yet.
