Hello,

Currently a UniFi subscriber and was thinking of changing to TIME broadband sometime back  and was told that I can get a rebate for doing so. Put it off cause I was going overseas. Is the promotion still valid?

icon_question.gif I am really having problems now  rclxub.gif . Bought a new router today (DLink) and tried to replace the ZTE as supplied by Time but to no avail. One, once I plug the cable to it, there is no internet connection to the new router. How am I gonna configure it without an internet connection? So I tried using the ZTE and connecting my DLink to it via LAN. Yep, now I have internet connection. So I tried configuring it. Typed in the PPPOE and had it configured. Great.  rclxm9.gif Removed the plug from my ZTE and reconnected it to the DLink.

Still no internet connection  vmad.gif

What should I do????

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to clarify a few things with Time Fibre. The questions may have been asked before but I cannot sift through all the comments.

Am I able to use my own router with Time?

Also does the connection config within my own router use the same authentication method as TM Unifi?
*
Dear bro

Basically time fibre can support most of the router in the market.

It is much simple than unifi for configuration just key in User name and password in PPoe setup

Feel free to check with us if u need further clarification

Thanks

Thanks for the quick reply. Also one more question.

Can I use Time Fibre in a unit that already has a Unifi Connection?
*
Dear bro

No problem at all. Time fibre is using total different backbone and infrastructure than TM unifi.

Of course u can concurrently unifi and time fibre at the same time

Thanks

Hi, I am interested to subscribe to 10Mbps package. Would like to know more info on the RM500 rebate.

I am an existing Streamyx user, now I am going to move in to my new house, am I still entitled for the rebate? (The existing Streamyx account is under my name).

Thanks.
