Last month at 248K only and yet nobody interested.

I was a student from Mahsa Bsp been there for a few years before covid, i can let u know why people avoid this 2 condos like plaque. However sp1 and sp2 doing very well. Hosp mahsa in construction as well jn sp2

Terrible living environment. When buy that time, macam high class..
1-2 years moving in, bloody hell, it's like living in some low cost flat. Every day smell cigarette smoke, joystick, ding ding ding ding (some prayer stuff).
Doors coming off the hinges, people fighting everyday. Police once every few months.
People jumping off buildings. I also want to let go my unit.
