Got someone sapu all units here few days ago (same date, same bank).
3 units from BSP 21, 1 unit from BSP Skypark.
Not sure is developer own buy back or not. Got no idea.
All won without challenged at reserve price. Single bidder.

And still got more lelong units incoming from here......

if you have cash, lelong units are good buy else developer provides huge rebates for unsold units.

Kept seeing so many lelong units for this development.
What's wrong though? I thought BSP is quite strategic with close proximity to Mahsa and other amenities.

TwentyFive7 and other major upcoming developments are also just a stone's throw away.
