they are no strong portfolio in High Rise project.
They build town house years back and the finishing not so impress.

Crack here and there.

mind sharing ur floor layout according to your S&P? its weird that you purchase a unit with those sharp angle. did you not see or verify the S&P layout before purchase?

Mine is corner and is 1454 sq/ft. Same thing is I really curse the architect what an useless design.

It's supervision work doesn't carry out properly , supervisor go drink when doing formwork , architect seldom go site . Architect never check engineer drawing before issue for construction . And sometime if the contractor is in-house lagi die .. Architect holding own ball only

But is a cheapest solution. I think within RM5k-6k can do whole house plastic ceiling + wiring for 1200sf.

U bought unit 5 Block A or unit 3 Block B? Only these 2 units have corner like that. Plus when it still in construction i didn't think the slab was that low

i'm letting go my unit.

Block A, level 21, number 01. High floor KLCC and KL Tower view. No block at all.
2 carparks. Size is 1,262 sqft. Letting go at price RM560 per sqft. can discount further 1% if no agent.

This is how after the defect they repaired. Fuking developer vmad.gif. I haven't made any complaint. Anyone can tell me what to do? Please help..
