For me I think its good investment. No money down. Near my house. Facilities nice n low density. So i can afford i buy.

I'm born and raised in Jalan Ipoh. Compared to all the current ongoing property along Jalan Ipoh this is the nearest to the city. Jalan Ipoh is very long. Some say Jalan Ipoh but already at Kepong/ Selayang side.

at 750psf, wouldn't it be better to buy lakeville or ecosky instead? hmm.gif

boss, even Lakeville and ecosky have bigger land but the density still very far higher than Pano, don't u think Pano is the batter choise?? Entry price for Pano, studio (ecosky and Lakeville no studio) much lower price compare with that 2 project tongue.gif

boss, in terms of psf, pano is higher than the 2 quoted projects and also higher than its neighbours eg maple, sang suria, rivercity, etc.

in terms of density, i think this contains 300+ units over 1.xx acre? to me, this is much denser than the other 2 quoted projects as well.

the good thing going for it is its lower absolute price because of smaller sized units.
