I heard that this project won't be launch so soon because of the convertion of title from lease hold to free hold... Would it be like your previous KIV project in Balakong?

Leasehold to freehold?
Mind to share any successful case ever? Think very unlikely for this to happen. U might be referring to pay renewal premium to make it 99 year balance. So far quite number of cases that land owner converting the use of land ended up from freehold become leasehold. Hi everyone, The Pano is open for booking now. I attended their Preview last weekend & booked one studio unit (609sf), their super early bird package quite attractive.
