What is ur view for OCR?? Possible project of OCR going into abandon if winter really come?? Or this Developer is very stable as big player like MS/EW ??

Hi.

I am new here. Plan to buy a studio unit here for my first house. Jalan Ipoh is not too bad but i heard alot bad workmanship by the developer, is it okay to buy?

Any advise? 😊

Currently it is leasehold because about 70% of the land is leasehold while the remaining is freehold. They are proposing to convert it to freehold. If success then it is a bonus for those buyers.😊

Just back from developers office. Cant book unit yet.

Now is just pre booking.. Give one cheque can book 3 units and queue till apdl out.

Price RM800-900psf (x confirmed yet)

Quite low dense with total 363 units only
