QUOTE(hpares @ Oct 21 2014, 11:34 PM) No I just dunno whats the differences between normal and ultras series since the ultra is kinda more exp. Was planning to get this U2913wm, if I can turn it 90 degree like this http://www.inf.u-szeged.hu/ipcg/ipcglab/do...CS/front_90.gif . So i can watch movie while slp on my side on my bed haha. Can't turn the Dell U2913wm sideways in portrait mode unfortunately.

A thought just came up, thinking to upgrade to a 1440p monitor. Maybe 2 lol. I don't know whether i should give up on my 3* portrait 1200p. I'm in a huge huge dilemma right now.

The u2515h, a 25" 2560x1440 monitor for RM1349 is definitely tempting a haha. Not to steer anyone from buying the u2415 but top it up a little bit? And you get a bump in resolution, from 1920x1200 -> 2560x1440. To me, that's a hell of a deal.

QUOTE(mrbob @ Dec 12 2014, 10:04 PM) U2913WM - 2560x1080; 60Hz @ RM1739 vs U2713HM - 2560x1440; 60Hz @ RM1889 Has anyone got any feedback on U2913WM? Both have got AH-IPS. 2.7 million pixels for u2913wm 3.6 million pixels for u2713hm Take your pick. I'd personally go for the u27 cause of the vertical height (1440 px). The u2913wm height seems too cramp for me (1080px). Depends on your uses really

QUOTE(lace @ Dec 13 2014, 12:15 AM) yeah the as in the picture right hand side tat tall 1 which brand to get ? model ? Dell have been popular with portrait monitors. They have quite a few models that can support rotation. You can check out the U2415. Best monitor for portrait imo. Or you can have a look on all the ultrasharp series. All supports rotation. I'm using 3 U2412m in portrait as of right now.

QUOTE(mrbob @ Dec 22 2014, 10:58 AM) Spoke to Dell sales and was told that U2713HM is not being scheduled for End-Of-Sale (EOS) so there's still chance to own one of this fine babies. It may be based on older technology but it sure is more affordable compared to U2715H. Did they mentioned anything about any christmas sale or discounts? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Want to buy 34" ultrawide.

QUOTE(NecroPhilia @ Jan 1 2015, 06:23 PM) Thanks for you guys reply. I think might as well go for the 16:9 due to the pricing Dell U3415W RM41xx Dell U2715H RM2200 Dell U2515H RM14xx DO you guys think the Dell U2715H extra 2" for almost RM800 worth it? The dell online chat told me that they are exactly the same except Dell U2715H is bigger by 2". any opinion on this? I'd go for the U2515h personally. How'd you get the RM41xx price for the u3415w? Is that from dell? I'm looking to buy one.

QUOTE(khaiandrew @ Feb 2 2015, 05:15 PM) Pretty pricey.. No other alternative? Maybe 27"? Unless you want a TN panel. Check out the samsung U28D590. 28" 4k TN. 1.6k I believe. That's the cheapest 4k display I could think of at the top of my head right now.
