On top of the sim card holder got a small hole, just use a pin push it out. Try many time already.

Yes, many times, I swap between the Digi and uMobile, and also while cutting my uMobile cut.

Sorry misread as sim. SD also no problem, just pull it out easier than sim.

Yup, thats why I go there for lunch before collect.
Superbuy handle others products and not solely focus on huawei. They have their own process to handle stocks therefore it take sometime.

Where got wifi issue, only youtube. Wifi maybe the AP problem, not the phone. Like apple have connection issue to some wifi setting, google it you know.

Just tweak your AP Point.
