My new house is having a major construction currently rclxms.gif one of my friend suggested me to read tis forums so I can get more information about renovation.... browsing thru some sharing by some people which had bad experience with their contractor make me feel so sorry for them.....

My renovation has almost on going for a month time... tentatively my this contractor is still doing quiet ok... so far no attitude problem ... this contractor were actually recommended by one of my uncle which renovated his bungalow almost a year and he says they really give very good sales after service.. I compare their prices with another 2 more contractors.... but I choose them because I quite like their sales service although their more pricy... I just think is better to pay a little more then later have lots of problem ...

I've checked with my new neighbour while I was away 2 weeks to overseas if tis contractor got curi tulang... I thought tis ppl sure take advantage but I was wrong instead... they can work without I monitor n independent.... rclxm9.gif

Attached is the progress of work...... If you are currently choosing a contractor for your new home choose wisely then sorry later =) I don't minda sharing u their contact if u need =) SHARING IS CARING .... From some of the pics it looks as though you tear down everything and flatten the original house. That's why we shocking.gif shocking.gif shocking.gif

Looks like a huge and bold project. Looking forward to see your progress.
