Not 1610 sf for type D or is it bigger? Just want to gauge the selling price based on the actual unit size

If phase 2 is launching early 2015 no reason to stop work and put doubts into prospective purchasers...

So far the developer has been paying the monthly DIBS...any delay is also to their disadvantage...
When will phase 2 be launch?
