Yes, I meet him on yesterday afternoon at showroom, he said due to boss stingy & Bomba requirement, he can't do anything, and he also got 1 unit at BLOK A.

i will drop by DF tomorrow and double check with them. there is a malay staff who monitor the site work.. he told me alot about the updated interior last time when met him

I heard Mayland is always late in paying up the main con in time, mostly PYS.
Which is why most of Mayland projects have poor workmanship?
Then will this be the same thing to L&G?

I was informed L&G management would be different than Mayland, which was why i bought.

Now that there's stopped work due to late payment to Main Con, this clearly means L&G has very tight cash flow.

If how L&G works is similar to Mayland, I wouldn't buy Foresta.

At that price RM800K i bought on block B Jan 2012, I could have bought the similar price similar size at DPC North Shore sub sale.

This is really killing my confidence when i see the message stop work.

Stop work really shows the developer is "TAK BOLEH" at all lo

I felt like was provided some misleading info by sales person when i booked one unit there:

1) They claimed that those units higher than 25th floor will be having the view above the hill (forest) infront. However, i can't even see the top floor of the current in progress building behind the hill (Damansara Perdana) from PJ LDP (around One Utama area) view.

2) They claimed that the telecomunication tower (on the hill) is located near to the Block A, but it seems like right infront of Block B & C based on current building location.

Anyone can give comment on abovementioned issues? Correct me if i am wrong...

Should be on time Dec 2015. One SA I talked to think the 1st batch delivery for Block A lower floors could be even in Oct/Nov 2015.

I don't mind taking LAD from time as long as the end product quality is good.

You mean individual unit or top most floor which is common?

Looks like manyak buyers still in the dream the 21 acres park is under private area for foresta resi forever. They very no idea how much it will cost to maintain it. N if belong to developer sure long gone later for New development...
