Stop work really shows the developer is "TAK BOLEH" at all lo

There was a big jump in price for block A 24th floor to 25th floor. Was the view above the hill the reason for this jump?

Actually all units facing forest will see the tower, just different angle because the tower is not perpendicular to the blocks

Have they built the forest facilities as shown in the scale model and how many % of those facilities will be completed when phase 1 vp?

Wonder why they still delaying on phase 2 launch...

Once all 4 phases completed, the forest park will handover to MPPJ which will maintain as public park...if it can be half as good as DPC park...no problem as value of foresta will be enhance too

Developer would not be able to develop the 21 acres as they are under class 3 and 4 slope and not allowed to develop
