Hope that the developer does not fall short of our expectation.

We expect them to deliver 1st tier quality especially in the common areas.

It means our benchmarks are the best condos completed in KL/Selangor area in terms of quality control.

The material used should be at least on par if not higher the standard of the individual units.

The workmanship must be tip top.

I know statement like this has been spreading throughout the market and it actually affects the market sentiment.

The problem is we do not have really good expect to advise and analyse the market but in the same time our market is drown with lots of general statement and the general public does not understand the true meaning and impact behind these statement.

Glad to phase 2 is launching. Earlier the better. All those traffic, dust, noise during construction, let it happen early than later.

Even facing the swimming pool, one still have to cross the road.

It will be great though if there is a pedestrian crossing linking the both sides.

that depends very much how the developer has put the effort in phase 1.

If the podium turn out to be just like the artist impression, there will be lots of bonus marks.

Do not think that the developer needs to give us any reason as long as things are clear from day one.

While the upper might be cooling, the lower floor might not.

I have stayed in high floor of high rise building, it's not cooling all the time.

I went to L&G office to submit the Syabas form as well.

What surprises me is the building 8trium developed by L&G.

I simply can't link this building with the word "premium" because everything looks basic, normal to me.

The tiles outside L&G office has got this disturbing sound when you step on it. It gives me the feeling that the tiles going to pop anytime.

The building entrance is occupied by Court Mammoth and building reception counter is so small and cheap. Therefore there is no grand entrance statement at all.

The lift lobby looks is also very basic without any decoration and the lift is not properly lighted and it is very dim.

The car park build quality is definitely not tier-1 with lots of visible defects.

I can't find the auto-pay machine as there is no proper sign to lead me there.

Before you exit the building, if you forget to pay the car park ticket. You need to turn left into basement and pay your ticket. Although there is a full circulation round the building, the design gives me the impression that I have come to a dead end and needs to drive into the basement car park.

With the above, I definitely hope for the better in damansara foresta because I can't accept what i have seen in 8trium.

I can almost confirm that the kitchen tiles are full height.

From the photo, it is roughly 9 feet high. It makes no sense to leave the rest of say 2ft without tiles.
