At the end of the days,
1) Mayland purchasers  and investors all make good money from their investment in Mayland products purchases. Nobody complain loosing money. The ROI is among the highest in the market.
2) LNG whether pay promptly to their sub-con or not it is out of our control and it is in between the vendor and developer, none of our business.
3) each developers have their strategies on controlling their cash flow if to pay their suppliers promptly. The late payment could be due to the unsatisfactory works delivered. If u r shareholder or creditors  of LNG and not happy with their payments records, can always protest and question them in their AGM. No point complain in this thread, their customers of LNG will not help u to get the money back promptly.
4) if u are a "genuine" Foresta buyer and u r not happy with Foresta, I believe the developer is more than happy to buy back your unit at original price, we also have a few forumers express their interest to get a unit, if u willing to let go at original price, sure got takers and thereafter u can sleep well with less complain.
