got commemts fr any taikor on how ekocheras project stake up against you city at tmn suntex? which is a better project?

This week, l received calls from law firm about the PA and myeg checking.
They explained the purposes.
The total l need to pay is less than RM200.
How come yours is RM500+?

1 major difference.. one is super fast(not good cos need to wait MRT) & one is snail pace.. brows.gif brows.gif
Location n surrounding ekc much btr, sizes also more investable here due to smaller (correct me if im wrong).

Main problem in EKC is execution n track record which is VERY bad for now (pls dnt say 30 storey duplex is 60 storey tower), PJD OSK already got atria dsara to bring their tenants over to cheras brows.gif brows.gif What can ekc bring as cheras will have many malls..

The bigger the risk the larger the gain. I would say I feel investing in ekc is really big risk. Small ppm like me cannot risk. One abandoned project I have to suicide for insurance Liao. But as boss babiz say up thr, nicer location than ucity. But ucity big cashrich company with atria mall, see how they do la.

In fact you can consider sell it with 10% gain if u are worries.
There should be buyers interested.
But name may not transferable until the project
Is completed. May need to seek for legal advice..

if flipper sell now need legal docs. the flipper needs to pay interest during construction if not under dibs. price if sale has to be determined upfront and the actual can only take place after VP.

initially thought of flipping but an agent advised against it as the value of ekocheras has not truly materialised without the adjoining mrt. agent's advice is still to wait till vp b4 flipping.

I think it's worthwhile to consider going for the long game too. I visited Sunway Velocity and apparently their V Residence Suites are selling for RM1,200 psf (currently 50% sold).

On this basis, I'm fairly confident that EkoCheras value will appreciate or at least hold quite well to any external shocks in the market. If you have the holding power, you might as well hold on to it. Selling now will likely incur capital gains tax as well. My only concern is the delivery. If Ekovest can deliver the product as advertised in its videos etc., we should be in the money.

Called developer and was told piling has been completed and next billing will be around next month...

Can believed or not?

Any purchaser would like to call them also?
