when soho changed to serviced aprtment, we cannot use it as office right? purely residential?

All SOHO units in SOHO towers are changed to Service Apartment for full habitation usage.

Wondering whether they can simply change soho to residential without officially informing buyers.
As some buyers buy for office usage..
