Detolf is till the best cost efficient display cabinet. Billy is cheap, but the glass door isn't.

Later will be rare item. just wondering, in gunpla community do people actually care about this kind of rare items? considering there's so many scratchbuilders out there a bit curious because u'll rarely see rare gunpla scalped like crazy. Doesn't seem much profitable compared to other kind of toys

Doesn't seem much profitable compared to other kind of toys Of course rare gunpla will be scalped like crazy u can see some old g gundam hg going for close to rm100 (of course, u can take this to mean no one bought it) Gunpla community is a trickier one to scalp cos rare is never always unfindable.. other communities are more kancheong and will be more likely to panic when something becomes hard to find and tend to buy scalped things

the gunpla collectors would buy the finished product instead because they appreciate the beauty instead of blindly appreciate the thing that have no value at all
remembered the MG Nu KA auctioned for 10,000$ ?

There isnt really much rare limited gunplas out there. Bandai occasionally reissued most of their models no matter how old, even MG RX 78 1.0 so there isnt really much point to scalp gunplas when u know it will be in stock again sooner or later.
There are only a handful of them that are truly limited, but even then its mostly just color variations that can be easily replicated with some paints and custom decals rendering scalping pretty much moot.
