RE1/100 nightingale is 8640yen (w/ tax) so i wouldn't count on price being too nice.. then again nighty is pretty massive so, i'll wait and see how MkIII turns out brows.gif
so far what i've seen, they really lack detailing on the surface, making it feel like the NG all over again, only without the terrible proportions whistling.gif
*
A rep at Bandai said that the standard price for RE 1/100 will be around 4000 yen. Nighty gets a bigger pricetag for obvious reasons.

the hand is very fragile
rx-78-2 3.0 hand broken already
my another mg wing gundam ew can't even hold his weapon
*
You have to apply a soft but steady pressure to the joints on the 3.0 hands when you're first bending them. Otherwise you get what has happened to you.

As for MG Wing Gundam EW, it's a 2004 Master Grade - what did you expect, especially with a gun as big as the Buster Rifle?

Any inform about RE 100?
At least HG, MG, PG and RG we know the different.
As in Size and details of the kits.

This RE from a few information sounds like NG..
*
That's because it basically is. The whole point of the RE/100 line is so Bandai can make model kits based off more obscure MS designs without having to invest MG-level engineering and money into it.

RE/100 Providence mayb?
*
What the hell would be the point of making a RE/100 Providence? NG 1/100 Providence already exists and is still a solid kit.

Just bought a bandai MG stand for my RezelC, and oh mai it aint helping...its too heavy for the stand itself. im getting worried blink.gif
*
There's a reason why that kit comes with a "third leg" attachment. It's the same thing with FA Unicorn - it's a brick kit that's only meant to stand in an idle pose and look impressive just from the sheer size.

Find the Japanese retail price, convert it to whatever currency you have, and presto.

what about haters of big chunky parts and less complex engineering? tongue.gif

You'd rather pay 200+ dollars for a MG of Nightingale?

personally i'd fork out money for either MSes i REALLY like and kits with complex and interesting engineering that i can enjoy and admire while putting it together
i'm in a line of work that admires and studies details and construction, so i'm a bit biased like that tongue.gif
i'm not a fan of the RE/100 at the moment, but Mk III definitely caught my attention because i like the design.. other than that, i'm not too fond of the engineering.. if Nightingale in MG form will provide an enjoyable build and superb engineering, then yes, i would rather pay 200+ dollars for an MG
*
Don't get me wrong, I enjoy the advanced engineering of kits like Nu ver. ka as well, and I have little love for Nightingale in any form so maybe i'm not the best person to even be discussing it. However, you have to see where Bandai is coming from. Nightingale has never been animated. Even as a Char suit, it has far less recognition than Sazabi or the Zaku II, and Bandai can't take the risk of making a monster like that only for it to financially fail. Then there's the structural issues - Nightingale would run the risk of MAJOR structural danger if made with Nu/Sazabi ver ka type engineering, especially with those giant thruster pods that stick out on the sides.

You can say it about a lot of mobile suit designs, but Nightingale especially was clearly not designed with the intention of it ever being converted to plastic.

don't worry, i've always understood that nightingale would be difficult to be converted to plastic, and at least now nightingale fans have an option (other than 3rd party)
i just have to say i'm not too impressed with it, given now that bandai managed to engineer lighter plastic like in Nu ver Ka.. i would think give it a few more years and bandai could be able to create a nice MG for it
*
I'm just hoping that the Bandai rep who said the Leo from Gundam Wing would be the next RE 1/100 kit after GP04 was telling the truth. That's still kinda BS considering 90% of the kit is already made via MG Tallgeese, but f*** it - I WANT A LEO! I can finally have my personal 3-unit grunt army.

nevertheless, i'm sure Bandai will start making 1/144 Mobile Armors now  wub.gif
I wouldn't get the idea in your head that Bandai is gonna start making more MAs in 1/144 scale if I were you. Unicorn has been an unprecedented cash cow for Bandai, which is the only reason they would even attempt to take a risk like Neo Zeong. Even hardcore Gunpla fans have trouble justifying 250+ dollars on a HG model kit.

what's wrong with MG unicorn ver ka?

So it's not Gunpla, but it is Bandai, so close enough. Here's my newest completed kit: Mechanic Collection: Great Mazinger

An impressive kit for 2001 - full inner frame, and very dense plastic which gives the kit considerable weight. The Thunder Break effect part was stolen and modified from SRC Daizyujin, and the Mazinger Blade was a simple job of gold and silver Gundam markers(originally was all white). Overall, a worthy addition to any Mazinger or Super Robot collection.

build mk ii, massive disappointment, cannot justify that price point when u place it beside hard hitters like Proto Zero, Rouge Ootori
*
Sorry to go off-topic, but ROFL at Rouge Ootori being a "hard hitter". The ugliest and laziest backpack ever designed - it would have been a better kit if they just gave it the original I.W.S.P pack.

Ummm...duh? What were you expecting? No amount of engineering in the world would make Nightingale's design highly articulated.
