1) Set up a committee
2) TAHPS deliver a mid low standard condo to us, but selling at high level price.
- passenger lift look like old design stardard
- level G-4 car-park lift lobby wall furnishing look ugly
- level 6-19 water piping on the corridor not hidden, very ugly look
- after VP still have 35% unsold unit (cause our property value down)
3) KJ properties unable maintenance mid or high level condo
4) Slow response (after complaint no action for common area)
- Roof top LED light failure almost 2 months still unable fixed it
- Roof top Sport light failure operations
5) Security not control well (contractor damage our lift & property)
6) Request car-park lift bobby must be always ON (too dark)
7) Poor cleaner service (all the car-park lift lobby glass very dirty since VP)
8) Poor landscape service
9) TAHPS try cut maintenance & security cost (cause poor quality)
