I stay at BP10 almost two decades, found not much changed here, slow development & inconvenient, i move to Taman Meranti Jaya last year , found a lot Chinese favorites food and convenient store, is very 'ONG' place. 'Bukit Hitam' just keep a lot of land deserted, not sell to others to develop

For those worried about the utitlies rate, rest assured that my unit is billed under domestic rate. So this developer is not all about talk and no do after all. Haha.

Lean 888 or 899, which one is your right name ? Can I check with u how do u know your unit will be billed by TNB domestic rate ? I still havent receive any bill from TNB.

Both 899 and 888 also can haha I paid the deposit to TNb already they registered and they sent me the confirmation letter confirmed my unit will be billed under domestic. Im block B by the way not sure if block A paid already or not but should be the same, I guess. Cheers 899888

I received an emais from tnb. Called up bukit hitam, they say they will pay on behalf and will get back from us.

just received the VP letter. the maintenance charges are absurd? 396 per month not including the sinking fund yet. if add on the sinking fund it would be 435 per month just for maintenance. this is crazy?
