What I'm about to write is a slight spoiler but I think you guys should know about it to avoid having to play through the game all over again, just like me

What happened to me is, I though I've kautim everything already so I decided to head back to the security room at around 7am on the final day and lepak there until pickup arrives. I saved just before the pickup at 1135am because I wanted to be able to load the game again after this to watch the different endings (there's 7 according to the guide I read, True Ending, Ending A, B, C, D, E, F). I was right there on the helipad at 12pm but the final cutscene didn't show me getting picked up and got Ending C instead.

After trading a few messages with Marauderz, the resident Dead Rising expert, I found out that at around 10am, you have to be in the mall to receive a call and respond to it, then only you get Ending A.

i think if im not mistaken ending A = the true ending right??

Ending A is NOT the True Ending, it is merly a stepping stone on your quest to the TRue Ending... and to INFINITY MODE!!!

hehehehehe if you read my earlier post you would have gotten the a ending...

oh...wait wait wait....silly me...ending A will unlock overtime mode and thats where u can get the true ending

personally i prefer ending a to the true ending...

I need help in beating the 3 guys in the jeep. What weapons do i need against them? If i remember correctly, my Frank is at level 10.

alrighty...first off...its not a MUST to defeat them, i dnt think they count under pshychopaths(although when u kill them they say "psychopath defeated")

but if u still really want to, then first off arm urself with at least 2-3 fully loaded hand guns, if u have any survivors with u, send them to a safe location(dnt forget to arm ur survivors too)

next, run to the wooden shed on the east side of leisure park, and hide under there...their jeep wont be able to hit u and u will have a clear shot of the convicts...
try taking out their gunner first....good luck

I went to save the 2 japanese guy but one was eaten alive by the zombies.

I heard Yoroi had a good experience introducing the prisonners to a park bench. anyway main idea is to jam them somewhere then kill their gunner.

God, those 3 guys in a jeep really piss me off. Why do they shoot you? Why don't they shoot the zombies instead.

They do shoot the zombies just that when they see you they decided that a target that doesn't just moan and shuffles around is more interesting.

My encouters with the convicts ends with me getting mowed down all the time so I always cabut from them

Going for the Genocider achievement right now, around 20k more to go

prepare katana, uzi, orange juice..
katana for close encounter very good dealing with them.. of course deal the guy at the back first..then the driver... then u can have fun in creating ways to deal with the baseball bat guy..

and i still cant rescue all the survivors..arghh

I just finished this for the first time. Got Ending B. Messed up the game pretty early on, but decided to just slaughter zombies and rescue people to level up.

Now I'm going to restart with Level 19. Should be slightly easier now..

park benches work well..... katana's work well as well... but you have to get in close... if you want to take em out from long range i suggest completing the "mark of a sniper" quest 1st... pick em off with the sniper rifle... headshots will do nicely... you can also ram them with the convertible... but i find the white sedan lasts much longer... ... if you need help making em suffer drop me a line.. you can come over and watch the multitude of ways that i make em look stupid and suffer

lol...that does include using the REAL megabuster??
at level 50 u can litterally kill them with ur bare hands...once they are stuck of course

Ooh, where's the sniper rifle?

You'll get it when you defeat the boss in the Mark of a Sniper quest. There's one also at the gun shop in North Plaza.
