hi guys, i have just gotten my phone yesterday but i noticed my camera sometimes got error and say cannot connect to camera. i have to restart my phone only it's alright. is this a hardware or software defect?

Try reset @restore factory default. Btw what rom version?

afaik, fedex has no delivery issue...did u attempt to call them when they fail?

My mum use 1s so far facing 2 times problem....first time smart phone user I would say..... First time is sim slot failed to detect the SIM card...out on 2nd sim slot same...end up I take out the sim and use eraser to clean the SIM card then can use back.... 2nd time is dono what she press until phone keep restart and go to fastboot..... Column button can't change the status..... I just ask her to take out battery wait I come back check for her...... Last time I use no problem she use pula issue come out..... Any program that can prevent user accidentally enter recovery or fast mode with some sort of extra security feature ? I think this function is needed.

guys, is it only me, or this phone redmis 1s drains battery like water when using wifi or data?

yes, this model has battery drain issue. until newer rom is solved, you need to use a powerbank whenever you are on the go...temp solution

happened to my v31 when using lenovo super camera. stocks cam so far ok. mostly software problem.

battery graph show normal as screen awake, screen seem heavy/continuously app using.



stay at v27 if possible, v29 kernel seem weird on batt issue.

Did u use Lite Mode for your mom? Is useful & ease to use normal features.
