in penang branch, said no voucher at 1st. after around 3.30pm then they said got voucher. nice branch they got there. reason is hard to find and slow

Btw, I'm was in rsh around 1.30 for the 1st time and ask the indian lady seller do they sell cash voucher, and inform her that i will be back after my lunch. So, that's mean they didn't prepare the voucher after i inform... feel sad

anybody else received this invitation from ocbc?

Not the invite like that but via a call/sms normally

first, i received a call from them (first time) and i went for it and received a complimentary hotel stay in any hotel of their chain (except palace of the golden horses hotel not as an option). after that, i received ther call again (second time) but i rejected it because the complimentary gift was the same like the first time. third time, i received an invitation from uob and i went again because the complimentary gift was 3d2n stay in palace of the golden horses. now this invitation from ocbc is the fourth time already. actually, one person can only be invited once but i already received four times. i'm thinking whether to go again this time because the complimentary gifts this time including buffet dinner besides the potgh hotel stay.

Years ago, I received Exactly the SAME Complimentary Invitation (Palace of Golden Horses) from RHB, sebab tiada Senang tak Pergi ...

go to hear them present for 60 minutes, then say not interested with any reason and then get your complimentary gifts. lol...

Just wondering if anyone faced this issue:

I'm trying to make some purchase from Japanese online shop. After making few transactions (separate orders), they said that the system is unable to verify my credit card.

So, I waited for the next day, then I was able to use my credit card again, but only for about 2-3 times then the same issue happens. I wondered if it is the online shop issue or OCBC issue, so I used my gf's supp card (I'm the principle card holder), and the transaction went through!

Why my card was not successful when the supp card is OK??

Now, I'm trying to buy from Amazon Japan and they said they could not verify my card.

I called OCBC twice, they said my available balance is good, but they did not receive any errors for any failed transaction, which means the Amazon Japan transaction did not even reach them.

Now, somehow I feel that my principle card is blocked in Japan, I have yet to try PayPal payments using my principle card.

Had just terminated the Titanium card.
Did this at the branch
