You mean even before the GST is charged ?
*
it's ok to call after they have charged but it's better not to spend anything after they have charged it. by using the card after they have charged it, it's like you saying you agree to renew your GST.

if you plan to cancel it just give CS a call to know when they will charge you the GST. they will b able to tell u the exact date so just avoid using the card after that.

Called in today to ask for a waiver for the annual fee which was charged to my OCBC WorldCard on 1st Feb.

They said will submit a request to the management for review and if its successful, the reversal will be reflected in my statement. If its rejected, I will receive a SMS informing of the decision. Quite nonsense laa..
*
most likely it will be successful. if they don't bother to consider u, they will let u know on the spot.

to tell you the truth, that is the part that I don't quite understand

what do they mean by earnings?

are they saying minimum transaction is RM20??  then max is rm50?

Janson, kindly explain..thank you so much

earnings = rebate.

you earn the rebates.
