Heard the Pano price range is similar with Court 28 Mind to share how Pano lagi gila?

Pano and court28 having different price range. Court28 averagely 650psf after rebate. Pano should be around 800psf after rebate.

- Distance from MRT: Pano (400m) Vs Rica (200m) Vs Court28 (300m) away from MRT
- Density: Pano (202 units/acre with 4+1 lifts) VS Rica (205units/acre with 5+1 lifts) VS Court28 (299units/acre with 3+1 lifts)
- psf: Pano (795psf+） Vs Rica (600psf +) Vs Court28 (660-700psf)
- Maintenance fees psf: Pano (0.39) Vs Rica (0.28) Vs Court 28 (0.38)
- Surrouding wise: All three located at Jalan Ipoh but Rica with the closer distance to CBD (KLCC)

The location for Pano is nice but pricing is expensive. . But facilities more than court 28... I prefer court 28 because it is near to mrt... see which 1 the purchasers want... I prefer walkable to mrt..

Bro you sure court 28 for maintenance fee is charged at 0.38?got so expensive? Before I placed a book ,SA told me rm0.33 per sqft.. where did u get this infor?

Wow c28 554/sf, got some buffer zone "cari makan" ler. This's for the largest unit or? But the c28 maintenance is too high..

Rica is better deal i think... simply becoz the accessibility and convenience
