Pano and court28 having different price range. Court28 averagely 650psf after rebate. Pano should be around 800psf after rebate.

very exp, Pano. (Expensive for ayam..)
But the name is nice, like very kelas tinggi.

No doubt Pano is a very nice name. Do some analysis and comparison between Pano, Rica, and Court 28
- Distance from MRT: Pano (400m) Vs Rica (200m) Vs Court28 (300m) away from MRT
- Density: Pano (202 units/acre with 4+1 lifts) VS Rica (205units/acre with 5+1 lifts) VS Court28 (299units/acre with 3+1 lifts)
- psf: Pano (795psf+) Vs Rica (600psf +) Vs Court28 (660-700psf)
- Maintenance fees psf: Pano (0.39) Vs Rica (0.28) Vs Court 28 (0.38)

The location for Pano is nice but pricing is expensive. . But facilities more than court 28... I prefer court 28 because it is near to mrt... see which 1 the purchasers want... I prefer walkable to mrt..

Bro you sure court 28 for maintenance fee is charged at 0.38?got so expensive? Before I placed a book ,SA told me rm0.33 per sqft.. where did u get this infor?
