yes they were trying very hard in Sooka sentral..laughed the prject off..profit margin sure more than 50%.. unknown developer.. jus reduce the price and clear the units la.. i never knew jalan ipoh can be so expensive

Jalan Ipoh is very very very expensive for all the new launch! Flexus, Pano OCR, Crown Residences, EcoSky, Kiara East, cheapest is LakeVille rclxm9.gif

when i was quoted in 2015 it was 750-800psf (cant remember). Surely rica is a MUCH better bet. After all, if a project is good for investment wont take from 2014 to 2017 and still many unsold units brows.gif brows.gif
