Yup..

Not all local graduates suxx...it's all depends on the individual himself...he must learn the new stuff and cannot depend on his theory lesson learnt during his time at the university..IT World is rapidly changing all the time, new things will come out in a short time unlike many other industries...

To apply for a job, a fresh grad should look wat his future employers wanted with their workers...let's say an ABC company is looking for a System Enginneer with a knowledge in Cisco system so the fresh grad must go and learnt the basics or take professional certificates to enhance his knowledge first and not go and apply for the job blindly..or you surely will get 'STUCK' during the interviews..happened to me a few times and i've learned my lesson biggrin.gif

Can I share something?

Local or non local is same, Once you start study it up to the individual how you going to study.

Ask your self are you study for cert or knowledge

Local or non local is totally NOT THE SAME ... just like kampung and city

agree with individual how you going to study, but the course they provide and teaching aid and what you can see is totally different ... not only studying ... WORKING AS well .. NON LOCAL technology is not LOCAL can catch up ... in a short time .... EDUCATION as well....

Company want to see you degree ... after they take you ... you need to show out how much "water" you have ... or maybe ... you can hide in the MNC for few yrs... that good
