But just to answer the question above about

LOCAL GRAD= SUCKS.

The answer is a BIG "NO" from me. It depends a lot on individual. I would say that those that enter through Form 6 are good. Give local grads a chance, they dont have rich parents who can send them overseas but they sure work their arses off since form 6.

Yup..

Not all local graduates suxx...it's all depends on the individual himself...he must learn the new stuff and cannot depend on his theory lesson learnt during his time at the university..IT World is rapidly changing all the time, new things will come out in a short time unlike many other industries...

To apply for a job, a fresh grad should look wat his future employers wanted with their workers...let's say an ABC company is looking for a System Enginneer with a knowledge in Cisco system so the fresh grad must go and learnt the basics or take professional certificates to enhance his knowledge first and not go and apply for the job blindly..or you surely will get 'STUCK' during the interviews..happened to me a few times and i've learned my lesson biggrin.gif

chances from major universities like UM, UPM and UKM are higher than that from public kolej universiti, where all "weird" courses are offered, I have a secondary sch friend that re taking Sains Perhutanan, judging by the name, I dont have the idea on what sector can he work in when he graduate

One of my best friend also taking Sains Perhutanan in UPM biggrin.gif

With Sains Perhutanan, you can become a geologist, 'hutanlogist' or perhaps become a forest ranger biggrin.gif
