hi guys.

if you want to redeem Crafting cards, i can help you. The turnaround in Australia is roughly 2 weeks. that means i send the crafted cards out and 2 weeks later i receive them in the mail.

i'll probably just charge for postage and we'll see about it.

Any Takers?

oh Realms. that's fun. You are playing for the trip to Worlds. It's great that the WOW scene in SEA is picking up, if i get a chance to work in Singapore as opposed to Australia i'd come along too.

As expected Frost Mage is Traitor Druid's bad matchups sad.gif

Wastewalker Helm + Form of the Serpent/Wrath/Moonfire seems to be a good maindeckable answer for Water Elemental/big ally removal.

Need to test that in the next league smile.gif

i noticed some boomkin decks packing wastewalker Helm + Leggings , everytime Myriam exhaust she will die.

think too much alrdy....myriam is untargetable.

read carefully ... the Helm and Leggings don't explicitly target.

another trick is to use user posted image

section 400.6c states that reattaching doesn't target. So if you play Smoke or Croak, Croak an ally other than Valthin, then target yourself and reattach it, you can put it onto Myriam.

And yet another trick to deal with Myriam is Greatsword of Horrid Dreams + Aegis of the Vindicator.

So if you are playing Frost Mage, make sure you have answers to equipment. And i'm not talking about just Scrapper Ironbane.

cheers.

well, the great thing about WOW is we don't lose a card for mulligan. So it's probably best if you mulligan aggressively, something like "if you hesitate for 5 seconds, it's not a good hand" .

Paladin and Druid also have the strongest draw engines in the game, so if you stack 3x of each of the 2 combo pieces in the deck, it's not too difficult to draw into them.

On another note;
QUOTE(Two Pack Sealed)
I know that you are probably excited about the first format listed.  This is one of the fun formats that I eluded to earlier.  For the Two Pack Sealed format, each round you will get two packs of the set that is being used that round.  All players will be split into 8 player pods and for the first round, each player will be handed two packs of March of the Legion. You crack those packs, remove the hero and points cards (and if you feel a loot, it’s all yours).  No peeking at the rest of the pack! You shuffle up the rest of the cards, choose one of the heroes you pulled out of the packs and get to playing.  The winner of each pod will be awarded a iPod Nano. It’s that simple.  The other formats will use the same pairing system with the 8 player pods and the prizing will be the same.
a cool fun format that they debuted for ipod nano tourney at Gen Con Indy. sounds fun!

Bear Mount ... pffft. I thought it was cool, but when you can get like, 8 different bear mounts in WOLTK it does tarnish the feel a bit. I mean, nobody is gonna know that your bear mount is special unless they see a Murloc sitting on it ...

and btw, that Night Elf is preggers.

well i was thinking it was gonna be a stand out like the Spectral Tiger ... but seriously, unless you play the TCG how would you know if the bear mount that passed by you for 3 seconds was an exclusive? Unless it was the Blizzcon one with a funny murloc on it.

@Bearlady Brala
GWON stated on the forums that the R&D apparently thought it was good enough to make rush decks. lol.

oh yeah, i think the EA Falling is for top 8 only. they are limiting the prizes.

that 5 ATK is nuts, kills anything short of a fatty. First thing to rez, Lady Vashj. 2nd thing, Prince Kaelthas. 3rd thing, Katrana. Then if you're gonna die, play Onyxia.

then there's that stupid Joren Discard running 4x Divine Spirit for uber card draw, SW:Agony and Mental Anguish, and Belt of Blasting.

no, priest discard is the strongest. You need to tech for it. Strangely, the deck that can beat Priest discard happens to be Kil'zin, a nuts draw can deal over 26 damage by turn 4.

Julian Fox came back from London and the only things extra he had were the Landro coin and bag, and maybe a playmat or two. Nothing extraordinary that you couldn't get from eBay.

Quite a bit actually. Apart from the ease of getting stuff on eBay and paying less postage, playmats and deckboxes are way easier to find. The Damage Dice and War Chest are on shop shelves, and UDE is increasing prize support to UK so hopefully we can get some of that cool pre-release gear. Oh and I notice stuff that is given to tournament winners in Malaysia is participation prizes in UK...I got an Illidan t-shirt just for showing up at the HFI pre-release (and getting my ass kicked by Stuart Wright, UK Champion) tongue.gif but no lah apart from that gear, things aren't so different from Malaysia.

Black Ice whacked Fallenstar in the DMF! Wait til Warglaives of Azzinoth becomes legal tongue.gif

oooh , i didnt know Malaysia didnt have the damage dice stuff.

I always took for granted that shirts and playmats were common, because everyone in Melbourne(including me) have like 2 playmats and 4 shirts.

I have .. so far, 3 playmats and 5 t-shirt. Both are very hard to get around here, especially the playmats, thats why i need saruman's help to get the Drums of War playmat and also t-shirt .. dun for yea, saruman.

The dice damage chest and sleeves came in here before but was in very limited quantities, now i cant even see it around here anymore.

Btw, Saruman, u got my PM right ?
but playmats are hard to get, even in Europe. the prize support for Europe is like 20% that in US. even the players there buy their playmats from eBay. ditto to t-shirts. UDE europe is responsible for prize support for Asia and Australia too. You can see the complaints from the French and UK players always popping up on the official forums.

i thought you meant that Malaysia didn't get anything at all for the past 12 months , then i sympathize. but if you guys did, then you're better off than some of the guys in Europe, only difference is they have a better exchange rate to buy stuff.
