Details of the complaint : I have reserved a few items supposed to COD today, but he told me in sms that he sold to another person yesterday. Refuse to answer my call now.

Also confirmed that the items are reserved under my name in the topic.I confirmed on the reservation.I spend my time and phone credit to call my friend to get a van for transport (since transportation not provided). When everything is prepared for today's COD, I received an sms from soonhooi telling me that he sold the items to another buyer yesterday midnight!

What I've lost :
1. Time for arranging transport and calling friends.
2. My phone credit for calling seller and friends.
3. Energy for negotiating with my housemates coz the items supposed to be shared by all of us.
4. My housemate's trust.

My question to the seller :
1. Is it ethical to sell the items to another buyer when you have reserved the items to me?
2. Why wouldn't you answer my phone call? I called you after receiving your sms telling me the items was sold. And called you a few times more until now I decide to put it in dispute. Running away from responsibility?

babe....i also got the same case before with other forumer....get use to it la...ppl greedy la....offer a bit higher then it is urs....

seller reserves the right to sell his stuff to anyone, since no deposit or money was exchanged.

but since both of u have "verbally" agreed on a deal and he backed out the last minute, i think this is the last sale he'll ever do in LYN. i doubt anyone else would trust him with money after this incident.

The problem is, I've lost time arranging transport etc. And now seller casually telling me it's sold. I've lost time, money and energy.

At least answer my call la.. why don't wanna pick up the phone wor..

I understand that seller have the right to sell his stuff to someone else since I didn't give deposit. But at least let me know that he's going to sell it to higher offer so that I can cancel my transport arrangement.. Now I'm stuck

After agreeing to do something sometone should hold to that promise even if other offers are more tempting. I simply hate that. Kena a couple of times nad after travelling so far.

I'm just angry coz the deal didn't happen and I have already get $$ from my housemates to buy the stuff. It's been an inconvenience to me.. aiya.. I just wanna complain. See how other forumers judge the severity of this problem since I'm the victim in this case.

i have COD 2 notebooks with him under 2 occasions. he drove all the way from KL to Ipoh to deliver and took time to test them. and he even drove to Ipoh again to deliver a promised Samsung 256 RAM for my Tecra. so far, he is ok.

He should have informed you that he received a better offer at the time he receieved the offer and not conviently SMS just as you about to go get it. That is irresponsible.

How long does it take to write a SMS I ask? And if it is just 1 or 2 days before the Cash and Carry (COD means you pay him when he delivers to you, too many people make that mistake ) he shouldn't have accepted any offers.

Yeah.. Imagine how I feel when I receive an SMS in the morning telling me to forget about the deal. Could have let me know before selling to other ppl, with the reason for deal cancellation. Then I can do my part in cancelling my transport arrangement.

This morning really kelam kabut cancel everything. You should have seen my housemate's face, disappointed. More over, seller could at least pick up my call la. Why is it easy to reply my SMS but so hard to pick up my call?

I am not here to explain or defend myself. Just to tell whatever it is happening.
Firstly, i am so sorry to suiteng cz may be is me cz her feel so angry. I am sorry.

I have sms suiteng to explain to her but seem she never post up anything i hv reply to her.

1. I am not get any higher offer or better offer. Just got forumer can COD yesterday night. When we finish move upall the items to the forumer car, it is already around 2am.
2. I have tried to communicate to suiteng whether she can deal on thursday night, but she can not. It is ok, but i keep asking for confirmation from her whether friday night she have transport to COD at my location, suiteng said c how.
3. I have to clear my room or where should i put all those big wardrobe and table.
4. i even offer suiteng i can try to put the big wardrobe into my car and send to her, but my car cant fit, and i have informed her.
5. During out communication with sms during thursday evening, i even express to suiteng that i really hope got ppl can COD at thursday night so my problem can be solved. She still ok and normal in reply me sms.
6. i have sms suiteng since this morning to suiteng. Regards to din pick up my phone, i am sorry. But there is lots of miss call. Suiteng call me with local phone number, so i do not have this number in my phone book record.
7. I am not convenience due to need to complete d tax assessment that should be submitted to IRB during morning.
8. i do reply every sms of suiteng.
9. Suiteng, i am sorry to you and hope u can accept my apology. Sorry.
