He should have informed you that he received a better offer at the time he receieved the offer and not conviently SMS just as you about to go get it. That is irresponsible.
How long does it take to write a SMS I ask? And if it is just 1 or 2 days before the Cash and Carry (COD means you pay him when he delivers to you, too many people make that mistake  ) he shouldn't have accepted any offers. |
