Guys, I just upgraded my unifi to 10 due to the promo of 179 per month. The download speed is ok as I'm able to get 9.31, however the upload speed is only 3.64. I know that both download speed and upload speed contribute to the latency, so sometimes I'm facing issue while gaming whereby high ping and packet loss occur. I have lodge a report to TM and their technician came, after they had done their thing I suppose, it still gave the same upload speed. Their technician said that it is due to the building copper being old and everything that contribute to this problem and there is nothing they can do about this. Can someone validate if this is true or not? If it is true, what other option that might be able to help me? Because I don't want to pay a fee that have been promise to me and I didn't get the full speed. Thanks in advance.

Forgot to ask, I got a call from unifi today to upgrade again this time to VIP20. Didn't manage to talk much coz I was in the middle of something, asked them to call back. So anyone got the same offer, how much the monthly bill?
