I had used 20mb unifi since 2011, would like to downgrade it to 5mb, however i was told that i need to pay another rm200 for the downgrade.. is it true?

Others solution i hv is
-terminate unifi and reapply which i will be tied for another 1 year
-terminata unifi and jump to maxis home fibre

and let say if i downgrade the unifi by paying rm200, am i bound for another 2 year contract with tm?
and what i should i bring when i terminate the unifi? the hypp tv box., anything else?

Saw there is promotion for current unifi 5/10mb user, which they get to upgrade to faster speed with cheaper price?

Howabout 20mb user? anyone get any promotion?
