even at my new place 100mb 20mb line no issue. bro house 20mb few 100m away also no issue. 3 vip 20mb all nearby no issue since install from day one aka 2 years, 1 year and latest 1 month.
all tested via private torrent tracker upload/download simultaneously 2.3-2.5mb.....

btw noticed a few things on the latest install.

No more black fibre outside and white inside. Now is black all the way inside.
second the new unifi router. looks good. wifi performance crap. and it has some wlan/lan isolation mode on default.

I found the software buggy n slow.
Also still cannot find the option to disable the 2.4ghz.
That wifi button. Good to disable the wifi, but cant enable it back.
Coverage is insanely good. Shop 200m away i still get 1bar.

I got the new router/wifi silverbox

Issue with it is lan/wifi ap isolation n wifi range is terrible. Wont reach the 2nd floor tv area n porch. Good enough for a condo i guess.
