Hey guys, I've been having bad connection with my Unifi VIP10 for almost a week already. Technician came to my house twice to verify the issue, first was suspected the router was faulty- changed. Still the problem persisted. Second time, a different technician came and replaced the modem- after a few moments the problem came back.

Apparently they checked the fiber optic line integrity, it seemed normal and undamaged.

I noticed that the speed isn't entirely capped at 0.50kbps/s because at night if I'm lucky it can reach peak but only for a while, then back to horrifying slowdowns.

TM says connection from the main line shows that it's stable. I can only come to conclusion that the fiber optic line in my house is damaged- but the technician says it's okay.

I didn't move any heavy furniture or do anything to my modem or the area around it for this to happen.

TLDR:

-Speed slowed down to 0.54kbps.
-Modem replaced/router replaced problem still there.
-Sometimes speed is on par but temporarily.
-Suspect fiber optic issue but technician says it's in good condition.
-Nothing was done or changed to have caused fiber optic to be damaged.
-Please don't ask if I have tried restarting the darn thing unplugging/plugging etc.

I suspect so, because earlier today, speed was perfectly fine in the morning until afternoon. Then suddenly the quality dropped back to 0.50-0.90kbps.

Shouldn't be a hardware issue, replaced everything. Router and modem.

I don't know whether Youtube is screwing my connection up or either time intervals. My line only gets stable for a few hours and once I lose connection, it takes the next day to reestablish a stable connection.

Funny thing is, there seems to be response when I surf any website but the connection just gets capped between 0.54kbps and 1.5mbps if I'm lucky but even that is painstakingly slow.

Even the technicians have been baffled by this issue and have been following up quite frequently, but with no solution.
